Vilzim is a versatile enzyme preparation that can be used regardless of the composition of feed for broilers, laying hens, pigs, turkeys, ducks, aquaculture, ruminants and other animal species

Vilzim is a versatile multi-enzyme composition 3 + 11, consisting of various enzymes that break down all non-starch polysaccharides and oligosaccharides of grain raw materials, soybean, sunflower, rapeseed meal and oilcake.

3 – three main activities:

cellulase (Endo-1,4-β-glucanase) – 12,500 U / g Cellulase is an enzyme for the cleavage of cellulose, which forms cell walls and structural plant fibers. Cellulase acts on the whole wide spectrum of both soluble and insoluble non-starch polysaccharides. Enzymes of cellulase and hemicellulase, of mushroom origin, work on the structural fiber of meals (sunflower, soybean, rape, etc.) better than bacterial ones, which allows for the inclusion of high rates of input of raw materials with high fiber content into animal and bird feeds.

xylanase (Endo-1,4-β-xylanase) – 90000 U / g Xylanase (pentosanase) cleaves arabinoxylans, the structural components of the cell wall. Thanks to this nutrients rations based on grain raw materials, like wheat, rye, barley, triticale, etc., are absorbed more efficiently. Xylanase helps reduce the viscosity of chyme in the gastrointestinal tract and increase the availability of feed nutrients, subsequently – improve productivity and improve the efficiency of feed use.

β-glucanase (Endo-1,3- (4) β-glucanase) – 33,000 U / g. β-glucanase cleaves soluble and insoluble β-glucans into short chain polysaccharides and glucose molecules, resulting in a marked decrease in the viscosity of the chyme in the gastrointestinal tract, which subsequently improves feed conversion and the growth rate of CX in animals and birds. β-glucanases allow the inclusion of an increased amount of barley and oats in the feed of animal and bird CX without degrading the productivity.

11 – eleven additional activities, that affect the anti- nutrient substances of the feed: α-L-arabinofuranosidase, α-xylosidase, exo-1,3- (4) -β-glucanase, cellobiohydrolase, β-glucosidase, pectinase, polygalacturonase, endo-1,4-β mannanase, α-galactosidase, xyloglucanase, acetylestease.

The feed additive Vilzim is compatible with all the ingredients of the feed, medicines and other feed additives.

Side effects and complications when using an additive in accordance with the instructions for use are not revealed. Contraindications to the use is not established.

Products from pigs and poultry after application of VILZIM can be used for food purposes without restriction.

Order of use

Vilzim is introduced into fodder or feed in feed mills or in the fodder plants of farms, using existing mixing technologies. The recommended intake rate is 20 g/t of mixed fodder (regardless of the composition of feed and the species of farming birds and animals).

Recommendations for using Vilzim

Adding to the existing ration "on top" or "from the top" (not applicable for breeding birds);

• Recalculation of rations:
  • reduce the OE (60-150 kcal / kg) and ust. amino acids (1.5-2.5%) feed
  • use matrices to recalculate (using matrix counts for NPC enzymes and phytase in one recipe, it is recommended to use up to 80% of these values)

Thermal stability: with the granulation process, can withstand temperatures up to 90º.
